Marble pattern masterbatch
The principle of producing marble like patterns in marble pattern masterbatch is that the carrier resin and coloring resin in the masterbatch are two incompatible resins with different melting points and viscosity. During molding and processing, stripes and ripples are caused by uneven dispersion and processing flow marks, presenting patterns like marble.
Generally, there are three colors of marble masterbatch: black, white, and coffee, and the color difference between the colored resin and the masterbatch should be significant in order to form a clear marble texture.
The marble pattern masterbatch sold on the market is divided into two types: PP and ABS. According to analysis, its composition is as follows: the masterbatch carrier for PP is nylon or polyester, and the melting point of the two is 220-230 ℃; ABS uses masterbatch carrier polyester with a melting point of 257 ℃. Its products are mainly used as decorative materials, giving it a marble like feel.

Biaxial stretching masterbatch
The packaging of bread, candy, cold drinks, ice cream, etc. on the market mostly uses pearlescent film, but the masterbatch used in its production does not use pearlescent powder, but contains highly dry natural calcium carbonate evenly distributed in polypropylene (PP), with a ratio of masterbatch: PP=1:7.
During the extrusion process, small particles of calcium carbonate are evenly distributed, and during the biaxial stretching process, extremely fine micropores are formed, making the film opaque milky white. As a result, the density is reduced from 0.906g/cm3 to 0.650g/cm3. This special white opaque film has good printing performance compared to PP due to its rough surface.

Fiber Flower Dot Pigment
Fiber dot pigment is actually a pigment made by cutting colored fibers to a certain length, and the fiber material is mainly adhesive or polyacrylonitrile fiber.
They have no melting point and a decomposition temperature greater than 300 ℃, so they can not melt or decompose in the molding of plastic products, forming uniform fibrous colored flower dots.
The production process of fiber spotted pigment is roughly as follows: first, the viscose (or polyacrylonitrile) fibers are dyed with high-temperature resistant dyes, then cut off, and treated with dispersants to obtain fiber spotted fibers. Finally, fiber dot pigment masterbatches can also be produced using the production method of color masterbatches.
Fiber dot pigments are mainly used for decorative materials, toys, televisions, telephone cases, etc. The surface presents a fine colored fiber like pattern, which is unique compared to traditional pigment coloring.
