Barium sulfate filler masterbatch is specially used in LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE blown film products to improve tensile properties, openness and tear strength. The refractive index of masterbatch is very close to that of polyethylene, and the particle size of inorganic material is smaller than nanometer. The visible light (390-780 mm) has a high light trafficability, so adding appropriate masterbatch does not affect the transparency of products.
PPA processing masterbatch is also known as bright masterbatch. It is made of PE (polyethylene) resin as the carrier, and added with additives such as PPA (fluoropolymer), and is specially used to eliminate the “shark-skin effect” and crystal points on the surface of products, improve the surface gloss and brightness of products, and eliminate the accumulation of equipment die, reduce energy consumption and improve output. At the same time, it has a good protection effect on the extruder screw, barrel and die head.
High anti-fog performance, good durability, good thermal stability, good coordination with other additives, does not hinder the function of other additives.
