In order to obtain a good adhesion, when in use, the resin cannot contain any slip agent and opening agent, so as not to affect the normal exudation of tackifier.
In the production process, the faster the film cooling rate, the higher the viscosity of the film surface; the increase in the amount of tackifying masterbatch will increase the viscosity. The storage temperature and time of the film after production have an effect on the viscosity. The bleeding time required to obtain good viscosity-increasing properties is 24-72 hours.

Introduction

PIB (polyisobutylene) masterbatch is a type of functional masterbatch that is used to improve the impact resistance, elongation, and flexibility of plastic products. PIB is a high molecular weight elastomer that is commonly used in the production of automotive parts, wire and cable insulation, and sealants. When added to plastic resins, PIB masterbatch can improve the processability and mechanical properties of the final product. Additionally, PIB masterbatch can also improve the heat stability and weather resistance of plastic products.
