Introduction

BaSO4 masterbatch, also known as barium sulfate masterbatch, is a type of filler masterbatch that uses BaSO4 particles as the main filling material. The BaSO4 particles are first surface-treated and then mixed with a carrier resin to form a masterbatch that can be easily added to the base resin during processing. BaSO4 masterbatch is commonly used in plastic applications that require high density, high rigidity, and good electrical insulation properties. It is often used in the production of blown films, injection-molded products, and extruded profiles, as well as in the automotive and construction industries.
